{"id":6026,"date":"2024-04-05T15:49:29","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T13:49:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.narsa-securiteroutiere.ma\/?p=6026"},"modified":"2025-10-06T17:06:27","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T15:06:27","slug":"fatigue-au-volant-conseils-et-solutions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narsa-securiteroutiere.ma\/fr\/fatigue-au-volant-conseils-et-solutions\/","title":{"rendered":"Fatigue au volant : Conseils et Solutions"},"content":{"rendered":"Les routes connaissent des accidents de la circulation en raison de l&rsquo;endormissement des conducteurs, surtout lorsqu&rsquo;ils parcourent de longues distances.<\/p>\n<p>Les statistiques montrent que la fatigue et l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement sont parmi les principaux facteurs contribuant aux accidents de la route, ce facteur n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas seulement limit\u00e9 \u00e0 la conduite de nuit mais aussi pendant la journ\u00e9e, notamment \u00e0 certaines p\u00e9riodes, comme pendant le mois de Ramadan, o\u00f9 le conducteur je\u00fbne pendant la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les dangers de la fatigue au volant<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il existe plusieurs risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la fatigue ou \u00e0 la somnolence pendant la conduite, tels que la perte de concentration sur la route et une augmentation du risque de collision avec d&rsquo;autres v\u00e9hicules. De plus, il y a un ralentissement des r\u00e9flexes dans les situations d&rsquo;urgence, ce qui peut entra\u00eener des accidents mortels sur les routes.<\/p>\n<p>Ces accidents se produisent souvent la nuit, lorsque nos corps ont besoin de sommeil, ou apr\u00e8s avoir mang\u00e9, lorsque la vigilance du conducteur est r\u00e9duite. Par cons\u00e9quent, la somnolence peut \u00eatre due au fait de ne pas donner \u00e0 son corps le repos n\u00e9cessaire, \u00e0 la prise de certains m\u00e9dicaments, ou peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 la consommation d&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n<p>La cause de la somnolence peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre due au non-respect du principe de faire des pauses et de prendre un repos toutes les deux heures, ce qui devient dangereux surtout car la conduite sur de longues distances est monotone et n\u00e9cessite beaucoup de concentration.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les facteurs suppl\u00e9mentaires qui accroissent le risque de somnolence pendant la conduite, il y a la possibilit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une personne assise \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du conducteur s&rsquo;endorme, car son sommeil peut affecter celui du conducteur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conseils pour \u00e9viter la fatigue au volant<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il convient d&rsquo;abord de noter que presque tous les conducteurs fatigu\u00e9s sont conscients de leur \u00e9tat de fatigue, mais malgr\u00e9 cela, ils continuent \u00e0 conduire, soit parce que dormir dans la voiture semble non n\u00e9cessaire lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont \u00ab\u00a0presque arriv\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb ou parce qu&rsquo;ils ne trouvent pas un endroit \u00ab\u00a0ad\u00e9quat\u00a0\u00bb pour dormir, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;ils ne prennent pas suffisamment en compte la fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, il n&rsquo;est pas difficile pour le conducteur de reconna\u00eetre les signes de fatigue et de somnolence pendant la conduite, la plus \u00e9vidente \u00e9tant le b\u00e2illement constant. D&rsquo;autres signes incluent lorsque les yeux commencent \u00e0 trembler, rendant difficile le maintien d&rsquo;un regard fixe, ainsi que des douleurs au dos, une raideur du cou, un d\u00e9sir continu de changer de position pendant la conduite, en plus de ressentir un engourdissement dans les jambes et un inconfort.<\/p>\n<p>Tous ces facteurs et indicateurs indiquent que la fatigue s&rsquo;installe dans le corps, ce qui n\u00e9cessite une pause dans la conduite et un repos.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, pour r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes de fatigue et de somnolence, il est recommand\u00e9 de dormir suffisamment la nuit pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant les longs trajets en voiture, et de pr\u00e9voir suffisamment de temps pour arriver \u00e0 destination sans se pr\u00e9cipiter pour compenser le temps perdu.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement conseill\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de conduire seul sur de longues distances. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de partager la conduite et de surveiller les effets de la fatigue lors des longs trajets, en prenant des pauses de 15 minutes toutes les deux heures.
