Mais il s&rsquo;agit surtout d&rsquo;une d\u00e9marche visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les conducteurs, en \u00e9vitant la circulation de v\u00e9hicules en mauvais \u00e9tat, susceptibles de causer des accidents.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que dit la loi concernant la visite technique<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pour les particuliers, la p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9 du contr\u00f4le est annuelle. Il est \u00e9galement obligatoire en cas de cession de votre v\u00e9hicule. Le controle technique a pour but de v\u00e9rifier la conformit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules aux normes r\u00e9glementaires en vigueur et de s&rsquo;assurer de leur aptitude \u00e0 circuler sur la voie publique. Lors de la visite, le contr\u00f4leur v\u00e9rifie l&rsquo;\u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la voiture, ainsi que l&rsquo;absence de dysfonctionnements et la pr\u00e9sence des \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les points de contr\u00f4le sont au nombre de 77 et portent notamment sur les dispositifs de freinage, la direction, la visibilit\u00e9 ou l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage. Si des d\u00e9fauts sont constat\u00e9s, le propri\u00e9taire devra pr\u00e9senter son v\u00e9hicule pour une contre-visite apr\u00e8s r\u00e9paration. Cette proc\u00e9dure entra\u00eene la remise d&rsquo;un certificat, remis au propri\u00e9taire \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue du contr\u00f4le si celui-ci est valid\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel est l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat du controle technique pour les conducteurs ?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"370\" height=\"270\" class=\"wp-image-1503\" src=\"http:\/\/www.narsa-securiteroutiere.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/controle_technique.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.narsa-securiteroutiere.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/controle_technique.jpg 370w, https:\/\/www.narsa-securiteroutiere.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/controle_technique-300x219.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 370px) 100vw, 370px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Bien que des pratiques ill\u00e9gales aient pu exister (comme celle de payer le contr\u00f4leur en liquide pour qu&rsquo;il r\u00e9dige un certificat de complaisance), elles tendent \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre, tant les propri\u00e9taires et les contr\u00f4leurs eux-m\u00eames sont conscients de l&rsquo;importance de la visite technique pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur les routes. Certains points de contr\u00f4le sont en effet primordiaux pour votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et celle des autres usagers de la route. C&rsquo;est le cas par exemple pour les feux et les clignotants, qui assurent votre visibilit\u00e9 par les autres automobilistes. Moins connu du grand public mais tout aussi important, le filtre \u00e0 particules permet que l&rsquo;air dans l&rsquo;habitacle soit exempt de polluants, qui peuvent avoir des effets n\u00e9fastes sur votre sant\u00e9 et celle de vos passagers. Autre point important : lors de l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;une voiture d&rsquo;occasion, le proc\u00e8s-verbal du contr\u00f4le vous garantit que vous avez entre les mains un v\u00e9hicule apte \u00e0 rouler et ne pr\u00e9sentant pas d&rsquo;avaries techniques potentiellement dangereuses.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et le contr\u00f4le p\u00e9riodique<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Si certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments techniques sont ais\u00e9ment v\u00e9rifiables par le propri\u00e9taire, comme l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des pneus ou une ampoule grill\u00e9e, d&rsquo;autres n\u00e9cessitent les comp\u00e9tences d&rsquo;un professionnel.
